Things to Remember

  • Leave your cooler box on the porch. If there is no box there will be no delivery.
  • Leave last weeks order in the box until you change the order. This way you always have a "backup" order in the box for delivery if you forget.
  • Do not forget the bottle deposit of $2.00 per bottle (all sizes are the same deposit price)
  • IMPORTANT: if you do not want weekly delivery, you need to call or fax each time you would like a delivery
  • There is a $18 minimum charge per stop the driver must make. You may combine orders with your friends and family to reach the minimum charge for your stop.
  • Leave your cooler out the night before and keep it out until you receive your order. Our delivery hours are between 5am and 11pm.
  • The driver will NOT knock on your door. Many of our customers have sleeping babies, spouses or dogs that do not want to be disturbed during the day. To respect these customers, our drivers are instructed to not knock on anyones door.
  • If there is no written order or cooler box out at the time of delivery, you will NOT receive a delivery for the week. The driver WILL NOT return to your home until you call in or fax in to reinstate your delivery.
  • Because our product is all natural, the shelf life may vary. Our products have an average shelf life of 8-10 days. Because of this shelf life we recommend weekly deliveries for your fresh and natural milk. If you do not want weekly delivery, you will need to let your driver know and fax or call in your order as you need fresh product.
  • If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
  • Orders must be received by noon the business day before your delivery day to be processed. For example orders for Monday must be received by noon the friday before.

What happens if my order is off?

  • If you have not received something that you ordered, include it on the next weeks order with a note to the driver that you are owed a credit. If you no longer need that particular item then you can credit the amount towards your total order. Make sure to note it on your order for the driver.
  • If you have received something that you did not order, you may return it the next week with a note to the driver. If you choose to keep the item, please add the total to the check for the next week.

If you are going to be on vacation, you MUST submit a stop delivery request fax or call with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your ADDRESS
  • Your Phone Number
  • Date you want service to stop and to resume.

Bottle Deposit

Why and How it Works Why?

We are often asked why we use glass bottles and why we charge a bottle deposit fee. The answers are really quite simple. Glass bottles are better for the environment and for your milk! Americans use 4 million plastic bottles every hour, yet only 1 out of 4 of these plastic bottles are recycled. This is because plastic recycling programs are still in their infant stages. By using a glass bottle with deposit program with our customers, we can take that extra step to make sure our planet is healthy for the next generation. Why is glass better for your milk? Plastic from your standard milk container leaches into the milk. This leaves a flavor to the milk that is unnatural and not healthy. The chemicals used to produce these milk containers can also cause harm to your body if ingested. We would rather not risk your health and we prefer that you enjoy the true flavor of our milk versus the flavor of industrial plastic.

How it works.

When placing your orders you will be asked to pay a bottle deposit for our glass bottles. Many of our customers have asked how this program works. Here is our simple directions to making the system work for you.

The first time you order, fill out the order form. Add all of your products together on the subtotal line of the form. Then count how many glass bottles are on your order. For each glass bottle add $2.00 to the plus bottles line of your order. Add the subtotal line and the bottles line and that is your grand total for this order.

The next time you order, return the glass bottles by leaving them in your cooler/ice chest. When you are totaling your order subtract $2.00 for each bottle that you are returning. This means that if you are returning two bottles and receiving two bottles, you will have no bottle deposit to pay! If you are returning one bottle and are receiving two new bottles you must pay a $2.00 deposit for this week.

If you break a bottle, you will need to pay a new bottle deposit as we do NOT accept broken bottles back.

Example first time order:

2 quarts whole milk = $5.00
2 quarts chocolate milk = $7.00
1 dozen eggs = $5.00
1 vanilla yami yogurt =$1.00
4 bottle deposits = $8.00
Total due = $26.00

Example second time order:

2 quarts whole milk = $5.00
2 quarts chocolate milk = $7.00
1 dozen eggs = $5.00
1 vanilla yami yogurt =$1.00
4 bottle deposits = $8.00
return 4 bottles = -8.00
Total due = $18.00
